Rock City News' 13th annual local music awards show, the best party of the year, every year, for L.A. musicians and bands. Hosted by Ted Shred of Pirates for Hire, this will be one outrageous event featuring the most colorful personalities on the rock scene. There are 40 awards and 8 bands live, plus a three level opera house style restaurant at B.B. Kings at Universal Citywalk.
