::: Charles Feelgood (Disco Set) ::: Ultra Records ::: Huntington Beach, CA
Point blank, Charles Feelgood loves music and even more, he loves sharing it with his fans. The man prides himself on his ability to connect with his audience – through a wicked combination of his exuberant personality and his exquisite ability to know what fills and keeps a dance floor pumpin'. His rise to dance music infamy dates back to his humble beginnings as the leading force behind the Baltimore / Washington DC electronic music scene. Alongside his partner, and fellow DJ, Scott Henry, Feelgood launched Fever, which for nearly a decade became one of the most sought after events for touring DJs from around the world. In the years that have followed, he has taken his talents to all ends of the earth – from North and South America to Russia and Asia, and everywhere in between. He has appeared at such seminal events as Coachella, and Lollapalooza, and has become a welcome fixture with Insomniac, Giant, and Karma Foundation. He also plays quite regularly in Los Angeles (Vanguard, Playhouse), San Francisco (Ruby Skye), and has been a part of the annual Mardi Gras festivities in New Orleans for over a decade. He is a mainstay in the Top 100 on BeatPort and Top 10 on a number of other worldwide digital sites. In the past year Feelgood has had several releases on Major and Independent labels such as PornoStar, Instereo and Burn The Fire - remixing everything from Lady Gaga to P Diddy. He also had a breakout track called "Hands" on Ultra that made the Beatport Top 100 chart several weeks running with an Alex Kenji remix. And it doesn't stop there. In late 2011 Feelgood is launching his own indie imprint, Supa Cuts Recordings. This label will be an outlet for Feelgood to showcase his own productions as well a platform for new talent discoveries in the dance music community. Accolades such as repeatedly being named to DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs aside, Feelgood remains committed to lighting up dance floors around the world – summing up his musical mission in one sentence: "I just want to do what the name implies, to make people have a good time and go home with a great feeling".
::: Roy Davis Jr. ::: Defected ::: Chicago, IL ::: House
The electronic tracks produced by this legendary DJ/producer of Chicago’s dance music scene have received massive radio and club play around the globe. Roy describes his style as “soul electrica,” a hybrid of r&b dance, soul, hip-hop and electronic music. His masterful way of mixing of r&b, house and big-room floor-stomping tech-dance tunes has created classic club anthems and made Davis one of the most sought-after DJs in the world. He was introduced to dance music by late 80s legends such as DJ Pierre, Farley Jackmaster Funk, Marshall Jefferson, and Lil’ Louis. “I’ve always been in to music but these were the DJs that really inspired me. Lil’ Louis was always my favourite DJ because he knew how to play it all, from mellow club classics to big room bangers; he was always so diverse – he taught me how to mix it up, and that’s how I got my style,” says Davis Jr. Davis’ reputation as a producer has attracted the attention of major labels such as Warner Brothers, Sony and Universal, who have sought his expertise in the creation of dance mixes for their top artists. The talented Davis has created Billboard chart-toppers for Eric Benet/Faith Evans, Mary J. Blige, Seal, Patti LaBelle, Terry Dexter, Christina Milian and Morcheeba. His original productions and remixes garnered rave reviews in such publications as RollingStone.com, URB, Flaunt and Vibe. With recent DJ gigs racking up air miles between Dubai, Ecuador, England, Australia, Russia, France, Canada and US, along with a steady stream of production work, it is safe to say Roy Davis Jr remains busy. Currently, Roy Davis Jr is working on his next full-length album due to come out on Miles End and Soul Electric Records entitled Destroy & Rebuild and has also been gracing the internet with his Chicago Urban House Radio show on Scion 17 FM.

::: Rolando ::: Skudge Records ::: Detroit, MI / Edinburgh, Scotland ::: Techno
Roland Rocha was born in 1970’s southwest Detroit. He grew up in the mainly Hispanic district of the city, which to this day is dominated by Mexican migrants looking for work in the heavily industrial city. From an early age he was influenced by his musical culture with it’s roots in Latin American rhythms and percussion. He was greatly encouraged by his enthusiastic father, also a well known local musician and as a young teenager he pursued his own interest in music and became a well known and respected dj within his own right. It was in the mid eighties that he was so inspired when he heard Jeff Mills spin (at the time he was known as “the wizard”) that he quickly unearthed the new radical and ground breaking sounds of techno. then by chance, through a mutual friend Ruben Gonzalez, he was introduced to the formidable “mad”mike banks and was promptly (to his delight) asked to become a member of the infamous and enigmatic underground resistance crew. Jaguar broke the ice critically although not Rolando’s first release, it turned archaic perceptions of techno on their head. it broke through into all other genres of dance music and became a classic in the boxes of many noteworthy dj’s; such as Kevorkian, Garnier, Morillo, Tenaglia - even Oakenfold and Giles Peterson. Then Rolando launched his own label “los hermanos” with then partners Gerald Mitchell and mike banks . already the label has a number of much acclaimed releases under it’s belt with rolando it’s ambassador at it’s forefront. Now, rolando is free – no longer a member of ur he continues solo, as a dj, producer and remixer now entering an exciting new phase in his almost 20yr long career with his most recent project “crossroads” his new label .

Either LIVE PA or Vinyl DJ sets, ESP always delivers hard psychedelic tribal dance music in a way that only he does. "I get up there and play like I am playing at Mayday, Nature One or Further... In 1988 I saw Metallica in my small home town of Bismarck, ND and for the 100 of us that were there, they played like there were 50,000 screaming fans... I learned my lesson that night... give it your all every time... ESP has flown over 5 million miles worldwide performing at some of the best and worst events the techno scene has ever known. "I love this life... I love the music I play... I love the people I get to party with!" ::: Jerome Baker ::: Farris Wheel ::: Chicago, IL ::: Techno
Jerome Baker was born and bred in Chicago. He first destroyed dancefloors not in the DJ booth, but actually ON the dancefloors, slamming in some of Chicago's infamous "pits". While he loved DJ's like Ron Hardy and Andre Hatchett, he found himself drawn to DJ's like Armando, Lil' Louis and DJ Rush because they had a harder edge. He sites Lil' Louis' "Blackout Phase II Remix" as the song that sealed the deal on him being a trackhead. He says, "the Blackout Remix to me, is the best track ever made. Period. No track before or since spoke to me the way Phase II did". Jerome Bakers early music reflected that raw, relentless aggression of the "pits". In the late 90's under the monikers DJ Boris, Lord Damian, and Dorian Baker, Jerome Released EP's on labels like Relief Records, Contact, Creation Rebel and Farris Wheel. With his periodic releases, from hard house bangers like "Apocolypse" on Relief Records, to down beat thumpers like "Bass Punishers" on Creation Rebel, and Disco House groovers like "Ain't No" on Farris Wheel, along with DJ sets that some say rivaled the headliners on the bill, Jerome built a strong underground buzz in the midwest US yet he seemed content to travel below the radar of the mainstream.
