2001 Kesey Enterprises Inc. was formed to produce concerts and community events in the historic McDonald Theatre in downtown Eugene, which the family then leased. The historical building was ultimately purchased by Kesey Enterprises, and the McDonald Theatre is now one of the most successful live music venues in the state.
