Bands representing Rock, Pop, Alternative and other genres have played at Diamond Ballroom and contributed to the popularity of the venue. Some of the physical features of the Diamond Ballroom make the atmosphere unique. The metal exterior contrasts with the mostly wooden interior. Being a non-smoking venue, the Ballroom has a special smoking area outside. The beer garden offers quite a good atmosphere as well and there are alcohol vendors all along the building. Country shows are particularly great here and the competitive prices for some pretty awesome concerts make the Diamond Ballroom quite endearing.
